東京堂では、当社の取扱商品（花材・資材）をご利用のNFD会員様を対象に各種お取引を行っております。

件名に「お取引申請」とご明記頂き、以下の必要事項をご記入の上申請受付アドレスあてに送信をお願い致します。

【必要事項 】

• NFD会員番号
• お手持ちのNFDフラワーデザイナー資格（3級、2級、1級）
• お名前
• スクール名
• ご住所
• お電話番号
• メールアドレス
• （お持ちの場合）サイトアドレス
• 過去に東京堂をご利用された回数
• 他にご利用されたことのある花材・資材の仕入れ先業者

In TOKYODO , we provide many kind of transaction for people who joined NFD and also purchase our products (flowers.materials) for business use.

About the E-mail subject , please make sure the title will be 「Transaction Application」. And please fill in the required items before you send the mail to us.

• Website (If you have)
• How many times have you used TOKYODO in the past ?
• Is there other company in use ?
